A tailored approach to Pilates
You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.
Pilates su attrezzi
Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.
Pilates Matwork
We take time to look back on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can continue to improve—together.

Step 4
Studio Policies & Terms
CLARITY. COMMITTMENT. CONSISTENCY.
At Phaedra Pilates, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and growth-oriented environment for all clients. These studio policies and terms are designed to support a professional experience for both instructor and client, grounded in mutual respect and responsibility.
Studio Policies & Terms
-
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to the studio.
Upon arrival, check in with the instructor before class begins.
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and sessions will end at the original time.
-
Clients must notify their instructor of any medical conditions, injuries (past or present), pregnancy, or medications that may require exercise modifications before the start of class.
This ensures your safety and allows us to tailor your session effectively.
-
Please avoid using body creams, oils, sunscreen, or lotions before class, as these can damage the equipment.
Wear clothing free of zippers, sharp edges, or metal parts, and remove accessories before class.
Respect the space and maintain a professional, mindful environment at all times.
-
Group classes require a minimum of 2 clients. If the minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled.
You will receive an initial text message warning 6 hours prior to the class start time if fewer than 2 clients are registered online.
Classic Pilates PR reserves the right to formally cancel the class and notify registered clients 2 hours before the scheduled start time if the minimum is still not met.
While this is rare, in the event of a cancellation, your session will be immediately credited or refunded.
-
If you cannot attend, please cancel in advance to allow another client to take your spot.
No-shows (absence without cancellation) will result in:
Deduction of 1 class from your package, or
Drop-in fee charged for clients paying per class.
-
Clients may place their package on hold for up to 4 weeks within a year for travel reasons.
Advance notice is required to activate this hold.
-
Payment is required to reserve your spot. No sessions will be provided without payment.
Accepted methods: cash, credit or debit card, TWINT
Unused classes will not roll over once the package expires
-
If the studio cancels a class due to instructor illness, travel, or vacation, that class will be credited in your next package.
-
All important studio updates and notifications are sent via WhatsApp. Please check messages regularly, as this is our official communication channel.
-
Phaedra Pilates is a professional Pilates studio, not a rehabilitation center.
We work with individuals who are ready to move with purpose and commitment, both to themselves and to the practice. Responsibility and consistency are essential to your progress.
